MIDRAND ACCOUNTANT

My career began in corporate insurance, where I spent close to seven years attaining a solid foundation with mentorship and guidance from veterans in a historically established institution. During this time, I progressed from being a trainee accountant to Senior Client Accountant, managing a team.

I am a principled individual who sets high standards for myself, my colleagues and my company.  I strive for excellence in the execution of all tasks assigned to me by first establishing a comprehensive understanding of the tasks at hand and ensuring they are executed with diligence.

Established in 2020, Tubatse Chartered Accountants Incorporated (TCAI) is a modern accountancy practice based in Kyalami, Midrand.  

The firm specialises in business advice, tax and tax planning, accounting and internal auditing. It offers comprehensive business and accounting advice to small and medium-sized businesses, sole traders and government entities across the country. 

Mr Kabelo Setsiba founded TCAI after he identified the shortage of business support systems for small and medium business owners to help them to grow their businesses.  He recognised the need was for more than just compliance services, but also a business advisory service that could work with the owners to unlock value and grow their businesses.

The focus of TCAI is equally committed to assisting state-owned entities and municipalities in delivering on their mandate of serving society by providing advisory and accounting services to them. Every day government finance professionals face a range of complex and often interrelated challenges. TCAI believes that improving government services is the key to changing lives for the better and that responsible public financial management is central to achieving this ambition.
